Shipping availability, charges, free-shipping eligibility, and any delivery estimates are shown at checkout for the selected destination. Review the final checkout details before placing an order.

Processing and delivery

Orders are prepared after payment confirmation. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by carrier operations, customs, weather, public holidays, or an incomplete address.

Tracking and address changes

Tracking is sent when available. Review the recipient name, street address, unit number, city, postal code, country, email, and phone number before submitting the order. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfilment begins.

Customs and import charges

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, brokerage, or customs charges imposed by the destination. Unless checkout states otherwise, those charges are the recipient's responsibility.

Lost or damaged parcels

Email support@stavuth.com with the order number, tracking information, and relevant photographs or delivery details. We will review the issue and the carrier information before confirming the available remedy.
